Lifeguard – Apply via Indeed

JOB SUMMARY

The Springfield Swim and Racquet Club is seeking lifeguards for the 2026 summer season. During busy hours, you will also walk around the pool areas to enforce pool rules and policies. Administrative duties include documenting the number of daily visitors, requesting repairs or service, and developing new policies to ensure the safe use of our facilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and keep accurate records of visitors
• Monitor water chemistry
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of facilities
• Report problems to the pool manager to take appropriate action

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 15+ years old
• Able to pass a swimming proficiency test
• Current Lifeguard training course – including CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
